Mackenzie Murtomaki, age 16, a resident of Calumet passed away unexpectedly on Sunday November 15, 2015.
Mackenzie was born on September 13, 1999 in Hancock to Stanley Murtomaki and Lisa Kauppinen.
Mackenzie was currently attending Calumet High School and was a member of the JROTC program.
Mackenzie excelled in the classroom, always getting good grades. Mackenzie was thinking of heading into a computer design or computer programming career after finishing high school.
Mackenzie is preceded in death by paternal grandparents; John & Tyyne Murtomaki and John Haapala.
