Mary Moyle, 84, a resident of Laurium passed away on Monday August 17, 2015 at Garden View Assisted Living in Calumet.
She was born on January 27, 1931 in Marquette, Michigan a daughter of the late Adolph and Irene (Whittler) Radtke.
She graduated from Graveraet High School in Marquette in 1949 and in 1952 earned her degree as a Registered Nurse from St. Luke’s Nursing School.
On April 4, 1953 she was united in marriage to David “Jocko” Moyle and they enjoyed over 57 years together.
Mary was employed at Marquette General Hospital and at Calumet Public Hospital as a Registered Nurse for over 40 Years.
Mary enjoyed flowers, baking bread & pies, skiing, boating, Bootjack, snowmobiling and watching the Red Wings.
She loved the time she spent with her family and friends. She also looked forward to her reunions with her nursing classmates.
She was a member of the Laurium United Methodist Church, the Cornish Club and was a volunteer at Bay Cliff Health Camp.
Preceding in death were her parents, husband David “Jocko” and 2 sisters: Lois Francis and Dorothy Priebe.

2 Daughters: Colleen (George) Thompson of Green Bay, WI
Kim (Gordon) Kendall of Green Bay, WI
5 Grandchildren: Derek, Andrea, William, Justin & Anna
Sister: Shirley “Tootsie” (Jake) Wenger of Goshen, Indiana
Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday August 22, 2015 at 11:00 AM in the Calumet United Methodist Church with Pastor Bob White to officiate.
Visitation will be on Friday August 21, 2015 from 5-8 PM in the Erickson Crowley Peterson Funeral Home in Calumet and one hour prior to the funeral at the church.
Burial will be in the Lake View Cemetery in Calumet.
